Cookie Policy

This page explains what cookies and similar technologies are used on urgentvisa.org, split by who sets them and why.

Strictly necessary — not a cookie. Your currency, language, and light/dark/sepia theme choice are saved using your browser's localStorage, not a cookie. This data never leaves your device and is never sent to our servers. You can clear it any time by clearing your browser's site data for urgentvisa.org.

Affiliate tracking cookies. When you click a link to book flights, insurance, an eSIM, a transfer, a hotel, or a visa application, our affiliate network — primarily Travelpayouts (tp.media) — and the partner site you land on may set a cookie to record that the referral came from UrgentVisa, so we can be paid a commission if you complete a booking. These cookies are set by the partner's domain once you leave our Site, not by urgentvisa.org itself.

Analytics cookies. We may use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or Cloudflare Analytics) to understand how many people visit, which guides are most read, and where technical problems occur. These tools may set cookies or use similar device-identification techniques.

Advertising cookies. UrgentVisa may display ads through Google AdSense or a similar ad network. These networks can set cookies to serve and measure ads, including, where permitted, ads based on your interests. You can control interest-based advertising across many sites at once through Google Ads Settings or the Your Online Choices opt-out (EU) / Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out (US).

Controlling cookies. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking third-party cookies may prevent affiliate partners from crediting a booking to UrgentVisa, but it won't stop you from reading any guide or using any part of this Site.
